How to request deletion

To ensure the security of your data, please follow the steps below to initiate the permanent deletion of your SpeakUp account.

• Send an email to lifefine2023@outlook.com from your registered email address.
• Use the subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Username].
• In the message body, please provide your Account Username and User ID (found in app settings).
• Mention any specific data you wish to remove (optional).

Attention: This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your entire confidence-building practice journey, including personal speech evaluation metrics, AI feedback history, and milestones of finding your confident voice, will be lost forever and cannot be recovered.
